Objective To explore the impact of combining knowledge, attitude, belief, and practice health education with time management nursing strategies on short-term and medium-term rehabilitation quality of patients after cerebrovascular stent implantation. Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent cerebrovascular stent implantation at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.Among them,54 patients who received routine nursing intervention were the control group, and 54 patients who received knowledge, attitude, belief, and practice health education combined with time management nursing strategy intervention were the observation group. The neurological function, motor function, quality of life, blood flow velocity at the lesion site, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 1 and 6 months after surgery, the neurological function, motor function, quality of life, and blood flow velocity at the lesion site in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge, attitude, belief, and practice health education combined with time management nursing strategies can effectively promote the recovery of related functions in patients undergoing cerebrovascular stent implantation in the short and middle term, and reduce the blood flow velocity at the lesion site.
